Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of the MahalLink platform (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them.
1) Service description
The Platform is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) for shop management: point of sale, invoices, customers, inventory, expenses, and reports. We may add or change features from time to time.
2) Your account and responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate data and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your shop's users (staff) and their permissions.
3) Subscription and billing
- The service starts with a free trial (14 days) with no card required. When it ends, issuing new invoices stops until you subscribe to a paid plan.
- Payment is manual via bank transfer: you create a subscription request, transfer the amount to the shown account, and your subscription is activated after the transfer is matched.
- Prices are shown on the Plans page and may change in the future with prior in-platform notice.
- Unless stated otherwise in writing, paid fees are non-refundable for elapsed periods.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt unauthorized access to other shops' data or Platform systems, and not to disrupt or harm the operation of the service.
5) Ownership and data
- The Platform, its software, and trademark are owned by us.
- Your shop's data (your customers, invoices…) is yours; we process it only to provide the service under the Privacy Policy.
6) Tax and regulatory obligations
The Platform provides tools to assist you (such as VAT and the ZATCA code), but you remain solely responsible for your tax and regulatory obligations, the accuracy of the data you enter, and your compliance with your country's regulations.
7) Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We strive for continuity but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits or data arising from use of the Platform. We strongly recommend keeping copies of your important data.
8) Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account upon breach of these terms or for regulatory reasons, giving you notice where possible.
9) Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms and will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
10) Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
